We spoke to Jessica Campbell on Thursday 5th September reporting the faulty extractor fan in the bathroom. Jess promptly messaged back to say the contractor would be in touch. We then had a phonecall on Friday afternoon from the very friendly and helpful contractor, Acorn Electric to ask if he could come to look at the job in question. After a phonecall back to Jess it was agreed he could go ahead with the job in question . An hour later the new extractor fan was working perfectly thanks to Jessica for her prompt service and Acorn Electrics for the efficient job done. Thank you Romans for your excellent way in handling your tenants.
