We have a property in Reading we were looking to sell. Denise Hurn from Romans in Reading called me to suggest she spoke to the existing tenant to see if he was interested in buying it. Denise called me back after speaking to the tenant and helping him through the mortgage opportunity that he would like to buy our property. As landlords we have been dealing with Romans for the last 24 years. During that time they have provided a really good service on all aspects of renting our apartments. More recently Hannah and Mike have helped us through the sale of one of our Reading flats.
