I am very happy with all her assistance with problems relating to my property. I would like her to be my property manager long term

We have had a lot of contact with Romans recently, all to do with repairs ect. Jasmine has looked after us while dealing with it all, she has and continues to be great, her communication is amazing, she emails us with updates as much as she can, she’s only a phonecall away should we need anything, and she’s always prepared to help where she can! She has been really great to us! And cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work she does and continues to do! You are great at what you do Jasmine! Hayley our letting agent is absolutely brilliant, she is always ready to help, goes above and beyond and often pre-empts our thinking. It is not easy being a landlord, we are often vilified by the press, Hayley is a great comfort advising and reassuring that we have met our responsibilities to our tenants!

There was a time when I would have rated differently, but I am very glad to say that our latest property manager, Hayley McPhail, has been great to interact with as a tenant; she is responsive, affable, and gets the job done in short order!
